Human Resources Generalist

Generalist, HR – As a Generalist, HR you will manage and coordinate all activities related to personnel administration for GSP (Global Shared Plants) in Guadalajara. You will own core employee lifecycle processes—onboarding, offboarding, absenteeism and turnover management, pre‑payroll administration, promotions, and benefits—and serve as the primary link between Human Resources and employees to ensure policy compliance, timely issue resolution, and a consistent employee experience.

Your Team – This role is part of GSP (Global Shared Plants) and reports to the HR Business Partner (HRBP). You will work with the plant HR team to support operational and administrative HR processes, promoting a safe, compliant, and service‑oriented workplace in Guadalajara. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
