Responsibilities

Payroll Administration (Core Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across head office and mining site
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions
  • Collect and verify attendance cards, overtime claims, allowances, and other payroll inputs manually
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to staff
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support audits and reporting
