Position Summary

Information Duties JOB SUMMARY: This position reports directly to the CHRO/Assistant VP – HR and is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of a market-based compensation system (CUPA) and administering the employee benefits plans. This role will play an integral role in the administration of university pay policies, performance management, and benefits plans. Primary job duties will include providing technical and analytical support in the area of classification and compensation, including analyzing and evaluating jobs to determine the market rate assignment, reviewing employee wage rates, and providing wage recommendations based on an established set of parameters. Other duties include submission of salary data for salary surveys, conducting compensation market analyses, routine reporting, and ensuring maintenance of compensation analysis systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
