About the Role
**Human Resources Business Partner**
**Day to day**
- Strategic and valued advisors to the business;
- Take and inspire decisions based on facts and figures;
Support change management process;
- Key point of contact for Managers, members and country MT in Brazil;
- Manage/coordinate all member cases (hiring, promotions, development etc.)
- Understand local business challenges and opportunities and tailor the HR execution of the People Strategy to local needs
- Identify and flag opportunities for continuous improvements for HR policies;
- Participate and act in the performance Management process;
- Participate and act in the Talent and Successor mapping and development program;
- Monitor headcount budget;
- Proactively develop and deliver solutions (in collaboration with COEs);
- Coach and scout talents in the organization
