About the Role
Role Overview:
Lead HR operations across Omorfia brands, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and alignment across multiple brands while supporting the organization’s transformation toward a purpose-led and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, government relations, visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, licensing, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- People Cost & Benefits Management: Manage workforce costs, medical insurance policies, claims processing, and continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, track key HR metrics (turnover, workforce planning, performance trends, compensation), and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
