About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing professional services organization seeking an experienced People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join its People & Culture team. This position plays a key role in supporting regional offices while partnering on enterprise-wide HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic HR expertise and hands-on experience across employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent management, and HR operations.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days per week in the office , with periodic travel to regional offices as needed.
