About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination) Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements Maintain and update employee records and 201 files Handle HR documentation, contracts, and reports Assist in payroll coordination and timekeeping concerns Support employee engagement activities and internal communications Respond to basic employee inquiries and HR-related concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldOpen to fresh graduates; internship experience in HR is an advantageBasic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and communication skills
