The Role

Integration & Change Management:

  • Manage and oversee the HR function in Mexico
  • Provide guidance on organisational design and relevant HR change management matters, ensuring the smooth onboarding and training support for colleagues
  • Establish and embed HR solutions and ways of working while continuously improving service levels
HR Partnering
  • HR partner to Mexico’s Country Head and Leadership team
  • Overall accountability for management of HR matters relating to the Mexico Teams and people
  • Train managers on a wide range of HR related topics including performance management, the rollout of new HR programs and policies, etc.
  • Work closely with the business to deliver on the annual performance and compensation process
Employee Relations
