The Role
Integration & Change Management:
- Manage and oversee the HR function in Mexico
- Provide guidance on organisational design and relevant HR change management matters, ensuring the smooth onboarding and training support for colleagues
- Establish and embed HR solutions and ways of working while continuously improving service levels
- HR partner to Mexico’s Country Head and Leadership team
- Overall accountability for management of HR matters relating to the Mexico Teams and people
- Train managers on a wide range of HR related topics including performance management, the rollout of new HR programs and policies, etc.
