Human Resources Assistant (NAF)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. NF-02: The primary purpose of this position is to provide clerical support and perform routine administrative tasks to assist HR Assistants and HR Specialists assigned to the NAF personnel office. NF-03: The primary purpose of this position is to provide HR advisory services and support to serviced management and employees. Responsibilities This is a developmental position - full performance level for this position is NF-03, the duties for which are below. Upon satisfactory completion of required training, incumbent will be non-competitively promoted to the target grade. HR Advisory: Serves as a reliable source of information on procedural and regulatory requirements pertaining to HR personnel matters.
