About the Role
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, based in Dubai. The Human Resources Assistant will support HR functions by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, conducting onboarding and offboarding tasks, coordinating training programs, and supporting benefits administration. The role also involves maintaining and updating the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of training development and facilitation
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
