Human Resources Analyst (Bogotá)

The HR Analyst will be the first point of contact for employees in the assigned region, working closely with the HR Latam Team, Payroll, Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality human resources services. The role ensures adherence to local labor regulations and internal policies in each supported country, providing clear guidance to employees and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Role Expectations

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in the assigned locations and support additional LATAM countries, ensuring timely case resolution and consistent service levels.
