About the Role
The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to enhance talent sourcing and recruitment strategies. Work from Point Edward or Ottawa on a contract basis.
In this role, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will lead talent sourcing, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives. With a minimum of five years in HR and a CHRP or CHRL certification, you will build effective relationships, provide policy guidance, and drive HR excellence.
