About the Role
Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Human Resource Management - Learning Operations Specialist – Intermediate for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Digital learning & platform operations (Client, AGU)
+ Collaborate with Instructional Designers and the Learning Experience Manager to deliver digital learning experiences through Applied Materials systems (Client, AGU)
+ Build courses into the AGU platform according to standardized process
+ Create standardized course scripts for existing courses
+ Create video transcripts
+ Build certifications and learning journeys into AGU
+ Administer the platforms day to day: enrollments, groups, permissions, content QA (e.g., SCORM/xAPI)
