About the internship

We are looking for motivated and eager-to-learn HR Interns to support our Human Resources team across a group of companies. This is a structured, hands‑on internship designed to give you real exposure to core HR functions — not just filing and photocopying. You will work directly alongside the HR Generalist and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and HR compliance. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.

What you will do

• Assist in sourcing and screening applicants for open positions (job posting, resume review, initial coordination)
• Help prepare and organize new employee onboarding documents and 201 files
• Support the HR team in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave tracking
• Assist in encoding and maintaining HR databases and employee records
