About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Drive manpower development goals in designated markets through agent expansion and agent management

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding arrangements

  • Maintain and safeguard company personnel records to ensure completeness and confidentiality
