About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support HR operations, including leave, claims, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
  • Plan and organize Employee Engagement Activities and Events
  • Familiar with Singapore employment law
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
  • Diploma or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google workspace
