About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support HR operations, including leave, claims, and benefits administration
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Plan and organize Employee Engagement Activities and Events
- Familiar with Singapore employment law
- Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the superior
- Diploma or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience preferred
