About the Role
Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM
Job Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
- Assist with Singapore work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related matters
- Liaise with clients, candidates, and government agencies regarding employment matters
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Perform other HR and operational duties assigned by management
- Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles
- Possess CEI Certification (preferred)
- Familiar with Singapore work pass applications and MOM regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
