About the Role
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for human resource functions, including staff records, onboarding, confirmations, contract renewals, and exits. Coordinate recruitment administration and prepare standard HR correspondence and documentation. Assist with attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll data submission, and liaison with payroll vendors. Maintain HR and administrative records, trackers, and filing in an accurate and confidential manner. Support compliance with employment regulations, club policies, audits, insurance, and statutory requirements. Provide general office and administrative support, including coordination with department heads and internal communications. Assist with staff engagement activities, training coordination, and club-related events when required.
