About the Role
Shape safety culture with Aecon as a Human Performance Lead. Engage in training, facilitate learning, and enhance nuclear safety culture across projects to create a safer work environment.
As part of CanAtom, you will report directly to the Performance Assurance Manager and drive the implementation of Aecon’s Human Performance Program. Your responsibilities will include developing crew learning briefs, leading training sessions, and utilizing error reduction techniques to promote safety in nuclear construction. You will play a key role in nurturing a culture focused on learning and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Hu Program elements and Nuclear Safety Culture
• Facilitate Hu and NSC training for project teams
• Analyze field observation data and trends
• Conduct Hu and NSC Surveys and Self Assessments
• Lead proactive and reactive Learning Teams

• Post-Secondary education in a technical discipline
