Responsibilities

• Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up orders.
• Assign pick-up locations according to timing and ensure cost optimisation at all times.
• Perform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouse.
• Address seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measures.
• Ensure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & riders.
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inbound.
