About the Role

Hub Manager - Last Mile, SPX Express (Serian, Sarawak) Join us as a Hub Manager - Last Mile, SPX Express (Serian, Sarawak)  at SPX Express . 
Job Responsibilities Lead and establish operation processes during the hub start-up phase. 
Track, monitor, and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pickup to end customer. 
Manage and hire staff, including subcontractors, part-time drivers, and riders. 
Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily bank-in. 
Coordinate operations between the hub, warehouse outbound, and linehaul. 
Collaborate with customer service to handle customer requests. 
Control inventory and ensure shipment safety to reduce missing or damaged parcels. 
Maintain the hub's adherence to the 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain). 
Requirements Legally permitted to work in Sabah / Sarawak, per state laws.
