My client is a leading packaging manufacturer producing high-quality flexible packaging products to the food, beverage and household sectors. They are currently recruiting an HSE Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will ideally be from a packaging or manufacturing background. You will plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures required.

Role / Responsibilities:

  • Leading compliance with the Company's HSE targets / KPI's and acting as the link on these issues with the company group
  • Coordinating site Safety Framework activities and associated assessments & improvement programmes
  • Leading site Legal Compliance (and other requirements) programme (H&S & Environmental)
  • Leading site Behavioural Safety Observation programme and Risk Assessment programme
