HSE Manager

At FLSmidth, safety is our highest priority. We are looking for an experienced HSE professional to lead our global incident investigation and organizational learning framework while overseeing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance for our Shanghai workshop.

In this influential role, you will drive excellence in incident investigations across our global operations by establishing robust governance, improving investigation quality, developing investigator capability, and ensuring lessons learned translate into meaningful improvements. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing workshop environment in Shanghai.
