HSE Executive - Oil & Gas Compliance & Safety

Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced HSE Executive to drive safety and regulatory compliance across operations. You will lead risk assessments, audits, and the HSE Management System to strengthen safety culture.

The role requires 6–7 years in HSE or operational compliance, knowledge of MOM/NEA/SCDF regulations, and familiarity with ISO standards. You will collaborate with business units and promote continuous improvement.
