HS&E Advisor - Utilities

Description

You are an HS&E Coordinator, responsible for the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs on Utilities projects. You will develop and enhance Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents based on existing materials and support operations personnel to meet Ledcor’s “Leading Indicator” requirements. You are a problem solver, a strong communicator, and continuously seek innovative solutions to support projects. You leverage relationships with operational teams to drive continuous HS&E improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss potential problems, ensuring the adequate supply of safety equipment (protective gear, fire extinguishers, respirators, etc.) and monitoring environmental hazards (excessive noise, toxic agents, etc.).
