About the Role

Job Description:

Database Specialists are responsible for the storage retrieval, and security of digital data. As a database specialist, your duties include designing database elements, retrieving data for reports, maintaining secure data backup systems, running tests on database systems, and debugging database issues.

  • Coordinate with TA Services to review the accuracy of the personnel data being provided
  • Coordinate with UAA and IDM in the activation of HR personnel data
  • Secure the 201 file and safe keep the same
  • Keep track of employee movements and ensure that the database is accurate.
  • Update and generate employee database report when needed
  • Will be part of the Workday Project Team when the project activated.
