Must Have Skills :

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP HCM (HR).
• Strong expertise in:
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (India or other relevant region)
• Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP HR integration with other modules.
• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
