Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with business leaders in the UAE to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, managing complete recruitment cycles and maintaining employee relationships.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement in talent, compensation, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and HR governance across retail, manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceutical, and banking sectors.
• Support onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and utilization of HR software.
