About the Role

We are recruiting an HR Business Partner who is passionate about people development and data-driven HR strategies for one of our clients who is a leading challenger in the telecoms this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive the people agenda, support organizational development and use HR data to enable informed decision-making. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the full HR lifecycle.

Your day to day:

  • Act as a strategic partner and primary HR contact for defined business areas, supporting leadership with all people-related topics
  • Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession management and talent development
