About the Role

The Job



  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, retention and succession planning
  • Develop, implement and maintain all HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Manage end to end recruitment, including posting of job advertisements, conducting of interviews, making employment offers, preparing of employment contracts, onboarding (including induction/orientation), offboarding (including but not limited to conduct exit interviews) and employee confirmation
  • Provide immigration and relocation processes including work pass applications and renewal
  • Responsible for timely and accurate Payroll management – Times Pay
  • Manage compensation & benefits and performance management
