Reporting to the Director, HR Shared Services, the Tier 1 Supervisor will oversee the operations of the Tier 1 team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled or escalated accurately with adherence to HR procedures and controls.

• Build a high energy collaborative team who makes the connection between HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Expertise, and HR Business Partners, ensuring seamless delivery of HR solutions to employees and managers.
