Job Summary

The HR Supervisor for Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability, leadership readiness, and organizational effectiveness in a construction setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct training needs analysis based on project requirements, performance gaps, and competency standards.
  2. Develop and implement technical, safety, leadership, and soft skills training programs.
  3. Coordinate internal and external training providers, certifications, and learning interventions.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, KPIs, and post-training assessments.
  5. Support succession planning, talent development, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
