🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals

- Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives

- Handle stakeholder management and act as a trusted HR partner across teams

- Support employee relations, retention initiatives, and workforce planning

- Manage employee lifecycle and employee experience initiatives

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in complete HRBP role .

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on experience in performance management systems and employee engagement

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

- Experience in IT/Corporate environment is preferred
