    - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
    - Recruit both corporate employees and store-based staff.
    - Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
    - Source candidates through online job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
    - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
    - Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    - Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
    - Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
    - Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
    - Maintain recruitment records and HR documentation.
    - Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
