Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Advertising: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, LinkedIn, job boards), and create/post engaging job ads.
  • Hiring Partnering: Collaborate with Sales Team to define job requirements, interview schedules, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and organize in-person interviews.
