About the Role
Responsibilities
Provides support in Benefits administration, such as:
- Management of employees’ SSS filings for Sickness and Maternity claims.
- Facilitates the HMO enrollment and notification of the employee’s HMO member code.
- Assist in providing LO for employees who will undergo ECU
- Assist in renaming the 201 file.
- Initiate request on shipment of documents like HMO card (upon request of employee), COE (original document), APE results.
- Assist in billings preparation and payments.
- Handles the shared mailbox of Total Rewards Operations to answer requests from external parties.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of solid experience in HR
- Familiar with government-related benefits and filings
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical
