Your Role

  • Manage employees’ attendance records, including working hours, leave, and overtime; ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; generate attendance reports 
  • Coordinate the full hire-to-retire initiatives, onboarding process for new hires, offboarding formalities, probationary period management, employment contract as well as internal mobility
  • Maintain and update staff personnel filing, various HR systems and database on a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaising with HRSSC and 3rd party to handle employee service relevant matters, such as social security, employee benefit...
