About the Role
Our Client, an EV Manufacturer company, is looking for a HR Specialist 1 for their Casa Grande, AZ location. Responsibilities:
+ This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and supporting HR operations by ensuring employee information is accurate, current, and compliant with company policies.
+ HR Specialist will also support local onboarding.
+ This position will work closely with and support the local Human Resources team.
+ Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas.
+ Manage employee databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate HR records
