About the Role

Purpose

Lead HR Services within a multi‑function HR environment; develop policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer centricity through digitalisation, automation, and continuous HR services transformation, leveraging HR technology, data and analytics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead a multi‑functional HR Service Center operation, including contact center, transaction centre, relocation, retirement and benefit administration, focusing on digitally enabled, automated and self‑service delivery models.
  • Develop objectives, policies, procedures and programs that are standardised, scalable and automated, and communicate and implement them.
  • Define and plan achievement of performance goals, including service quality, productivity, automation and transformation outcomes.
