HR Rewards Specialist

• :Support C&B budget planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
• ,Administer salary review cycles, bonus processes, and benefits programs
• ,Assist in maintaining and improving compensation policies & frameworks
• ,Conduct data analysis on internal equity and market competitiveness
• ,Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to implement C&B initiatives
• ,Provide salary benchmarking and recommendations aligned with structure and budget
• ,Support the execution of C&B projects and continuous improvement initiatives
