About the Role

Responsibilities
Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews with the hiring managers, conducting reference checks and extending employment offers. Follows up on necessary processes and documentation for new hires. Updates recruitment tracking data and prepares ad-hoc employee reports as needed. Partners with HR Business Partner to develop talent pipelines. Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals. Builds and maintains relationships with key sourcing partners and contacts to support ongoing talent pipelines. Plans, designs, and coordinates recruitment events such as in-house walk-in interviews and job fairs. Evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.
