Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring an HR Recruiter in Nasr City for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. Requirements Requirements: 24 years of experience in Recruitment. Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
