In this Recruiter role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions supporting government contracts, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and permanent top talent. The ideal Recruiter will have experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with federal employment regulations and government contracting requirements.
