HR Performance & KPI Specialist

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) in Iloilo City is seeking an Organizational Performance Specialist. The OPS will manage the Performance Management System for Support Departments and ensure accuracy in staff evaluations, guidelines, and performance reports.

Ideal candidates must hold a 4-year degree in Business Administration and have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources. This role requires flexibility as assignments can be anywhere in the Philippines.
