• Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies
• Create compelling culture-focused content (stories, videos, graphics)
• Manage Gothong Southern Careers presence on social media and job boards
• Publish accurate and engaging job posts
• Execute recruitment marketing campaigns for all business units
• Proactively source candidates across digital platforms and communities
• Build partnerships with universities and training institutions
• Represent GS in job fairs, campus events, and EB activities
• Ensure positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Monitor online feedback and employer reputation
• Track analytics and recruitment marketing performance
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Marketing, Operations Personnel
