About the Role
As an HR & Payroll Admin Team, you will be responsible for managing attendance, overtime, and payroll administration while supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and employee shift scheduling to ensure smooth HR operations.
What will you do?
- Monitor, verify, and maintain employee attendance records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor, verify, and calculate employee overtime based on approved overtime requests and company regulations.
- Support monthly payroll processing by preparing and validating attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding administration.
- Maintain and update employee shift schedules in coordination with Production and related departments.
