Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks, background in logistics or manpower agency is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to do fieldwork if needed
- Can start immediately (preferred)
