Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a Human Resources/Admin role
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
