Description
- Support the HR department in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Facilitate employee engagement and retention programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, excellent communication skills, strong process management abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in 201 file management and records management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
