Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring positions are filled efficiently and effectively
  • Handle complex employee relations cases with sound judgment and confidentiality
  • Update performance evaluations, job descriptions, contracts, and agreements accurately and on time
  • Facilitate engagement activities related to employee performance, satisfaction, and retention
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and accurate entry of employee data into HR systems and biometrics
  • Maintain HR records, employee clearances, and documentation with full compliance and confidentiality
  • Facilitate timekeeping, final pay processing, and exit interviews in coordination with Compensation & Benefits
  • Drive HR process improvements, maintain trackers, and ensure measurable results
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
